Reservation Confirmation:
In order to secure your appointment slot, we require a booking confirmation deposit of US$ 25.
Price Negotiations:
The prices for personalized braids will be confirmed over the phone before visiting the salon. You may be asked to provide an upfront deposit, which can be paid in cash, through Zelle and CashApp. The remaining amount is paid following the service completion. We ask that you make the payment via Zelle or CashApp at (301) 328-6244.
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds.
Questions and Concerns: If you have any questions or concerns about your hair, please address them before leaving the salon. Any concerns must be brought up within 24 hours after the hair has been done.
Cancellations:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so through the email confirmation. To cancel, please call us at (301) 328-6244 at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Tardiness:
If you are running late, please notify us by phone call or text message. Note that we do not accept notifications through social media.
Missed Appointments:
For appointments that are missed without prior notice, there will be no deposit refunds, and you may not be allowed to book with us in the future. Your hair must be at least 4 inches long, washed, and blown dry straight before the service. Please do not apply any oils to your hair. Styles cannot be changed on the day of your appointment. Do not book a full service if you are getting a touch-up.
Note: We do not accommodate extra guests, and there are no exceptions to this rule. We only provide services to clients who are 8 years old and older.
